For the company (STLK) it was a beautiful deal. They wiggled out of 90% of their monetary debt. But, again I ask you, what does that deal tell and do to the shareholders? Truth be told, it would have been better for us if the debt holders had the confidence to continue holding that debt and STLK paid in cash, rather than diluting shareholder holdings. Don't you agree?
