True, but considering this:

Management plans to raise additional funds by offering securities for cash. Management has yet to decide what type of offering the Company will use or how much capital the Company will raise.

It has been long speculated by me, Traz and others, that Regen will have a secondary offering in order to raise capital and launch Regen itself onto the open market.

They have some wiggle room owning 58% of Regen to be able to have a several million share secondary offering to generate capital without increasing the O/S.

Even at the historic value of Regen for considerations of $1 per share they would be good. However, with an average share price of biotech IPO's this year averaging between $5-$15 per share, I'm sure their incurred debts would be erased easily with plenty of working capital to see them through all clinical trials until they can generate commercial market revenue.

Go BMSN/Regen bsmiled

All of my posts about stocks I own are expressed consistently in one direction based on my own research and due diligence.
