The biggest problem of all is that we have a BOD who do not understand that this is a fraud! They have no idea of where to look and what to do, muppets!!
And the shareholders beleives that foreigners is some kind of guarantee that everything is under control and fine, but....
If there would be a foriegn board member with at least some kind of China experience I would be less concerned, eventhough I would still be VERY concerned
