That was pretty much when I tuned out. When a CEO tells me he has the proof but doesn't want to show it to me I get a very sick feeling. He sounded like every other penny stock CEO that blows smoke.

Why on earth he doesn't give the public access to the NI 43-101 makes no sense. His reasoning was he didn't want to promote the company and that really is nonsense also. NI 43-101 are a legit doc.
