The guys name was Duncan. Why on earth he doesn't give the public access to the NI 43-101 makes no sense. His reasoning was he didn't want to promote the company and that really is nonsense also. NI 43-101 are a legit doc. and companies pay big bucks for them so shareholders have proven facts to go on. His version was to back up his own numbers. HUH?

It would be nice to know his salary as he takes shares in lieu of.
At 300K/yr guestimate it's 30 mil/yr at .01 Restricted yes but still dilution over longer term. Would be nice to know, maybe someone does.

Maybe this company is legit, but still lots of unanswered questions or questions answered but not verified thus we trade at .01
