An 8K must be filed within four business days of the material event, with some exceptions. One of the exceptions is the filing of a periodic report, like a 10Q, that discloses the event within the four day time period. I'm guessing the 10Q will be filed on Mon. the 11th. I'm not positive, but I think a material event can be announced prior to the 8K as long as the 8K is still filed in a timely fashion.

My take, on Monday's announcement, is that all we really need is some sort of confirmation that the technology works profitably at the commercial level. Everything else will take care of itself.
