Defendant Nix waived the reading of the indictment and entered a plea of not guilty as to counts 1,2 & 3-7 of the Indictment. Defendant Putnam waived the reading of the indictment and entered a plea of not guilty as to counts 1,2 & 3-7 of the Indictment. The defense counsel opted for automatic discovery. The parties agreed to exclude the time. This case will be returned to the District Judge for further proceedings. The Court released the defendants on their previously imposed conditions of release as well as the modification that the defendants shall not engage in the trading of stocks or stock promotion activities.
