great post, a good summary of what is going on here

why don't people simply look at last financials ? many here repeat the word revenues like a mantra, forgetting the very huge losses

they went pulic to avoid bankruptcy, and maybe one day (after 2-3 R/S from now) this company would be profitable but meanwhile the current shareholders value will be destroyed
