I had a lawyer look at all these fillings today. I've lost 6 figures here, he told me no one has any business buying stock in this company.

There is no value here for common stock share holders for 3-5 years.

APT doesn't even have enough in their AS to convert everything they have too.

I just spent 5 hours at a lawyers office today, everything from the FROZ agreement on had the least amount of protection built in for common share holders.

I was told the reason they went public is to stop from going bankrupt.

I'm beyond pissed at myself for letting these absolute clowns con me.
