No evidence it is OVER. You want evidence? Have Reid issue the following statement:
KMAG received a Termination Notice from the SEC on dd-mm-yy, closing the investigation which led to the prior suspension.
If he has such a notice from the SEC, he can issue the above suggested statement in a PR. No regulatory agency can prevent him from releasing such a PR. No legal problems in issuing it. However if it's a lie, then he'd be in deeper trouble. So why is Reid unable, and apparently scared to issue such a PR? Spin away.
How about letting Reid answer that question with another PR release. Instead of stating "submitted" without specifying who he submitted material to, let's see this PR:
KMAG attempted to submit a Form 10 to EDGAR 48 days ago, but the SEC blocked the upload to the EDGAR site.
Too spicy? Ok how about:
KMAG submitted a Form 10 to the SEC 48 days ago. The SEC will deem it effective in 12 more days
Why is he afraid to issue a PR specifically stating he has submitted the Form 10 to the SEC? Another way to hop into SEC frying pan. Spin away.
