Submitted- past tense -
present (a proposal, application, or other document) to a person or body for consideration or judgment.

Mr. Reid has submitted the Form 10.

Until it can positively be denied as truth, I will accept Mr. Reid's posting on Facebook which is the equivalent of a PR.
