All the prior "spinning" that the recent judicial decision somehow favored IR is total bunk. The judge simply decided his court did not have the appropriate jurisdiction to rule on that matter.

I think a huge settlement is on the horizon that will pad NEWL's metrics and put a stop to some of this gangster-style manipulation that has caused huge investment losses for so many of us. Patience. This is not the time to sell.
