I am also not sure the best way to get over $4p/s would be to get some grant money and suspend work on breast cancer. If they publicly announce they are suspending work because of money the stock will NEVER see $4p/s - also, stating that they are going to wait around for grant money would also send the stock price reeling....

No, I think they are doing the right thing - they just need to price the capital raise correctly - the fact that they raised the sought to $40M (from $20M) hopefully indicates significant interest at this time....

Lots of things pending here - this could go either way - right now, I tend to think if they price the capital raise correctly, even at $40M - we should see significant gains over time from this $1.00 or so level.
