A:First off because I know that he makes his decisions based on what is good for the Dynovalve the company and the investors and anyone who knows him knows this to be true-

He does not have sinister motives towards investor-and as far as the investors knowing this, that part is not in my hands- People must make their own decisions when they invest and if they are wanting to know Serge on a more personal level and see his heart then that is their responsibility.

I didn't just invest in SAVI because of the DYNOVALVE but I invest because I knew Serge would do his darndest to make this thing a success - In other words I trust his character and am thrilled with how hard I know he works to make this thing move forward even into other countries-He is no miracle worker-and no one is just sitting around scratching their hiny's thinking of ways to cheat the investors- it's all blood sweat and prayer just like any other company-


"Secondly do you not see why others have concerns with dilution, stop sign, and previous mentioned?"

B: I have no problem with anyone voicing their concerns about their investment in SAVI- they can come to this board and pour their hearts out with all their concerns but to say things about Serge's motives and feelings about the investors or to make it sound like he is doing something that some cheap crook would do is a misrepresentation by someone who does not even know him-

List all your complaints and you will not hear me complain until you start attacking his character and attaching motives and reasons- Good night :)+
