If this goes to a lawsuit, you can bet that any lawyer with a brain would go after his other stock as well. With all of the prior BS tying these two companies together, and that one touting a variation of SN, it would be an easy target. And that would shut down his current ATM. That would be a HUGE reason to avoid a suit here!
