it could have marks records were not in order, it could if Mark was unable to raise the funds available , it could if the auditor was busy and mikp was a low priority.. it doesn't matter what the reason is just wait and see what happens, there is no reason for mark to say its being done unless it is being done, plain and simple.. Most pinks use the audit is being completed to sell shares, that isnt a possibility here.. So relax and let this play out.. If im wrong i will gladly admit it, but i suspect i will be right..
