V wave has been at the same level for months. Interestingly the oscillator has turned negative even with the V wave at same level.

Does that mean less risk is comming and the market is likely to turn up again?

I suppose the V wave itself will drop if the market keeps pulling back.

Would be interesting if there were options on the V wave.
