Works the same way in quebec Z,except instead of 2 weeks on the market it takes more like 2 generations,and that 500k markup only applies to properties worth 3-4 mil....Easy to get rich on real estate in the USA next to impossible in quebecland unless you are dealing with triple AAA properties in the millions.
