You may want to read this. It is not uplisting to the Nasdaq anytime soon. Probably never.

In my years of trading pennies, I have never seen a company go from pinks and uplist to nasdaq. If anyone can provide examples that would be great but I've never seen it. Countless companies say they plan to but know they will never get there. IMO
