Actually before I made the trip to Tennessee and Kentucky and not for the reason of eating in a grillit restaurant I called the owners of the restaurants to ask questions about their franchise, operation and success. They both had nice things to say about all of my questions. You can call yourself. Ky store is 270 844 4154 and the Tn store is 615 248 4500. good luck. I am long GRLT but when I say long i mean long. 3-5 years. It looks like they will open 5 new stores in Texas.
