Of course, when Amyot goes down (he can't hide in the Bahamas for ever) his literal partner-in-crime Andrew Barakett will likely be thrown to the wolves too.

Most right-thinking folk abhor career criminals like Barakett who steal from their victims and threaten those who would expose them for what they are. I'm sure you would agree that thieves and perverts like Barakett deserve what's coming to them.
