Well I agree and further think Isis should have been nipped in the bud, and a stronger stance in helping Israel and against Putin, etc. Obama should have been firmer on all those issues. Rather than just slash budgets and downsize everything, reviews should have been done to eliminate waste and duplication, optimize resources and strategically deploy as required. Spend less but maintain or grow capabilities and effective and efficient outcomes should be the aim. That can only be done with good leadership in key areas, preemptive intelligence and strong messaging and policy that is lacking right now.

All is not that well with the world.
