Since you made the purchase in February, shouldn't some dollar amount of revenue show up on AEGY financials?
No wonder the SEC suspended AEGY. The info you provided now will allow others to verify if they are transacting business.
Maybe the SEC would be interested why AEGY failed to report even $1 in revenue, yet it apears that you have done business with them and have given them cash in California. The SEC doesn't deal with money laundering, so anything related to that would be another agency's enforcement responsibility.
I could be 100% wrong on this, but so far I haven't found that they have filed what is required in California to conduct business.
