that the IRS filed an appearance in his case gives one hope. though I can see the rationale for letting the company skate, it'll never trade again, it still is disappointing.
why never trade again? A non filing BK company, with a suspended ticker. As I understand it, they'll need full prior SEC filings.
Hard to imagine an indebted company, with an SEC tainted past, raising several hundred grand from the public.
