So are you saying 2B shares were

updated to the AUthorized share structure to accommodate the FOGC deal with Manzo? Very Interesting....~~~~~~ So, has any public post come out explicitly stating that the Authorized share structure was going to go down with out a reverse split? If the OS goes down but the AS goes up, will that help me as an investor? What does a REVERSE split do to the PRice per share(PPS)?
**** HEY, i just noticed your post was at 2.8 Billion, on your date of your post when did the shares get increased 2.2B to 5 BIllion? Am i trippen? What's going on? Are you saying it went from 800M to 2.8 Billion Authorized, and how and when did it get to 5B after your post date?
