More "DD" from Matt, I see.

Lying in DISCLOSURES that are PUBLISHED on the OTC is nothing new to Matt, he's been doing it for 10 years on this share selling scheme.

Here's a perfect example and the proof of Matt's lie is right there at the Florida Secretary of State site in the filing dated 10/18/2012, the same day he paid to have the one with the freeze in it PUBLISHED at the OTC. Like 39 pages at the OTC got reduced to like 9 pages in the Florida filing.


This is in the discussion and analysis DISCLOSURE that wasn't a needed publication to become current but it sure has been used as "DD" a bunch.
Make up all the DISCLOSURES, have them PUBLISHED at the OTC and get an attorney to say that Matt is a reliable source is all that was needed, Aaron already proved that.

The vote was passed and the Company filed with the State of Florida Restated Articles of Incorporation as approved by the shareholders and uploaded a copy of the stamped Articles and a copy of the Corporate By-Laws to OTCMarkets.com

Matt must have left a lot of stuff out of the Florida filing, gee, I wonder what he left out. ROTFL
