It sounds like a 'good' news, but actually it doesn't affect anything: even they win the class action, they'll get nothing Because the CEO is put in jail while he is the fraudulent, and the company is not in operation. Nobody will pay them, while they have to pay the lawyer big money: idiots will do this.

So, withdrawl is the wise choice.
