...Correct that the collectives are the ones selling the product but California statutes also prohibit collectives from brokering between themselves for inventory, best prices, etc--which is what PharmaJanes claims its role is to its "patients"
To purchase MMJ in California, one must be a member of the collective from which they procure their product. This eliminates third party vendors, even "MMJ brokers" like PharmaJanes, from having any legal operations whatsoever.
And since collectives can't legally profit from the sale of their supply to their own members, where the heck would they derive the funds to pay middle men and their shareholders?
