Judges don't look over reams of material. They see if there's a contract in place and if so, go forward. And PNTV touted their relationship with Comcast, including all the households their content was available in for a decade, but now realizes Comcast didn't live up to their agreement? How about AT&T, Verizon and Dish?

Duped by Monk? Too funny. Unlike Madoff, many were not duped by Monk and made everyone aware of the scam he was running. It's hard to believe the senior execs of PNTV believed Monk had "locked da float" and there was a massive short position when it was obvious that was impossible.
