I think their association with Monk, including providing him services and the pictures of them dining together during that massive scam suggest otherwise.
And considering that their Comcast agreement started in 2005, and only in 2014 did they decide that Comcast had breached it, I doubt Comcast will settle. Especially given that PNTV has used Comcast as a major carrot to lure investors, their primary source of cash, for nearly a decade. I imagine that all Comcast's lawyers need to do is introduce the company's 10K filings for the last 9 years, their claims of relationships with other distribution channels, including AT&T, Verizon, Direct TV and Dish Network, and their virtually non-existent revenues, and it will be a short trial.
