since they're going to fit this into the structure they're merging into, there will be no reduction of the a/s here -- nor do they have to do so anyway.

i'm guessing there'll be a name change soon and the first prestige a/s will be anywhere from 50M to 500M. everyone's guess is as good as anyone else's.
