Xander, On topic responses to post, exactly duplicate.
What?

There are no "deployments"; there is only "testing", and we saw how the Student Connect testing went in Gordon County. I don't need to call ANY number because it is ECDC responsibility to report if/why a free system failed to make it past a testing phase.

Strong sales require a good product, and ECDC has no such products. Vir2o is complete crap that nobody uses, Student Connect is out-of-date and nobody uses it, EarthSearch can't seem to keep a contract cause of "government shadow agencies" attempting to steal the product.

I will not take your word from your discussions with the Verizon team concerning Student Connect just as I will not take the word of anyone who says Verizon hasn't heard of ECDC. None of your posts have any credible ECDC information held within them. I've checked the Verizon partner Page myself and was unable to locate ECDC/Student Connect, and my email discussion with Verizon revealed ECDC paid for a brief marketing campaign- just like with V-103.

From the ECDC filings Student Connect doesn't work- fact. I believe that among Kay's numerous fluff press releases he would've released that Student Connect received the necessary upgrades to be able to operate on the Verizon network; that is unless he hoped nobody read the filings to see that Student Connect wasn't working and that it couldn't have been tested in Gordon County since last year which appears to be the case for you.

Fact: Verizon isn't rolling out Student Connect. Where are you getting this information because it is a complete fallacy? Verizon is paid to do marketing; they are not installing Student Connect on the buses. This is blatant disregard for factual ECDC information for the purpose of deceiving investors.

Sponsors: Fact; Verizon team told public information re: advertisers (proof positive, for Bx3, IMO);
Where is this public information of sponsors for Student Connect? You are the only person on the board who has been told the names of the Student Connect's sponsors which means it is insider information and is illegal. Also, something cannot be proof positive AND an opinion no matter how much you speak in the 3rd person about Student Connect.

Who said anything about a parent assuming the child is safe on the bus at night? I was referencing an article by someone posted on the ECDC board. The article said the kids stayed on the bus after the driver got off, and people claim Student Connect would save them from the heat when, in reality, Student Connect would have done nothing because they never got off the bus which means the parent might think they are still safely en route to their home. Please stop adding words to my posts and misconstruing the meaning behind partial phrases about Student Connect.

Cannot address any business alliances between ECDC/ Student Connect or ECDC , and Verizon,IMO. Thankyou>You clearly stated ,"Clearly, ECDC is paying Verizon because it says so in the Partnership Program and Master service agreement." Contacting the marketing division may be helpful to this line of questions.
I can because it is clearly stated in the ECDC filings what the "alliance" is, and if you add the information from the filings to Verizon's description of what their services are then one can safely and accurately conclude that:
1) the partnership Program with Student Connect is Verizon being paid to market the product.
2) The Master Service Agreement with Student Connect is a paid service to use Verzion's carrier service.
So, there is no need to contact anybody in regards to these 2 services ECDC pays for because any person with basic reading comprehension can understand what they are and what the so-called "alliance" with ECDC really is. It is a customer relationship: ECDC is the customer who is paying Verizon for services rendered. That is not, IMO, but actual fact.

I am not an advisor, but will further address and disprove any misleading statements made about ECDC and ECDC's subsidiaries. Resources are available in ECDC's filings and Verizon's Partnership and Master Service Agreements webpages. Most of what is stated in my post about ECDC is fact rather than opinion and without the use of verbose wording- i.e. obligatory.

To PeterGates and Brenden, concerning an ECDC share buyback. Do you really think Kay would be selling billions of shares at .000045 just so he can buy them back at .02? Even kay isn't that dumb.
