grubmaster: Well a lot of folks manage to live their lives without being mugged so they never have to deal with it. And most that do get mugged never fight back. However with all due respect, that does not make it right when someone being mugged does take the initiative to fight back, but instead of finding him or herself treated as the victim is charged with assault while the mugger who happens to be of a select group afforded preferential standards of conduct, gets a wink and a nod from the judge.
