In my mind, the wizard of Oz was hiding behind Drew the whole meeting..

This CEO has left the building. Think he has checked out mentally and emotionally (and maybe physically too apart from SHM) some time back. If he is honest with himself and shareholders, he knows his time is up here. Better to look for greener pastures than still graze at the pasture he has dried up Imo.

Why force things and stay in wsgi when it is clearly not working out for either party as there is not the right fit going forward? He clearly lacks the ability and motivation to do the job, and who wants someone who talks a game but has no goods?

Apologies to be blunt but it is stating the obvious here. If he had any measure of success in moving the company forward, things would be different for all parties involved. He should realize that time to go!
