For myself ...chances have improved because
...One of the concerns was risk of bleeding when V was used in a large population . Well to date with 7,000 in RI and over 30,000 scrips every month ...nothing has come up to date .

And ....Recent research in NEJM indicating that lowering TG's and APOC3 may in fact lead to lower CV events . This is new information that was not present at Adcom ...so if they are denying Anchor on the basis that "recent evidence shows no benefit in lowering TG's " at the time of Adcom ...they must also accept that the most recent evidence indicates the opposite ...that yes there is benefit from lowering TG's.

The NEJM articles increase chances of reinstating the SPA ...just my guess ...would like to read JL's and Go Seeks arguments for it .
