What ever people think of Mike King, he has been in the Game for a while. He told me something a couple of weeks ago that ties into what 10 posted.

I asked him about spin -off shares being restricted. He said that the SEC will not allow spin-off divided shares to be unrestricted until after the parent files financials with the SEC. He said it could be a 10 filing or GAAP statement. He said that the SEC must know the parent's assets and liablities.
