One of the first things I will actually agree with you on which is the manufacture owned dealerships being illegal.

Again, yes they don't have a "Saleen" dealership (at this time) the way Tesla does BUT I still call Naples a authorized Saleen Dealer any way you look at it. But again I can understand this and I guess others cannot.

Where is the link stating that a lawyer said that the investor presentation could be used against them? Link?
