billpr, I don't think for one minute this company will get the "E". If the 10K is not out Monday, I expect the NT-10K to be filed and the 10K will be filed within 15 days. Frankly, I could care less whether they get an "E" or not. They still have 30 days to make the filing date.

As far as Bylo is concerned, I wouldn't be looking at him for any advice as he will only stoke your fire. You know I'm am not in favor of what has transpired, but this moron really has a problem.
