Except nobody knows when the news is coming, however, everyone can read the chart.

Judging by the previous price action $VAPE is worth buying only after a huge pullback i.e. a ton of red days in a row. Trying to buy it in any type of congestion zone is just not worth it.

It bounces on air, sits above support then MMs pull out the bids and it dumps, rinse and repeat.
