Because I read the entire 21 pages and see that he is not considered a fraud, that this was seen as a single case of misjudgment by a highly respected authority in the equine field, and that his licensing remains intact.
Guilty of giving a legal anti inflammatory to a horse too soon before a race? -YES.
Found to be a fraud and using illegal drugs?- NO.
