And I'll take a proactive CEO over a reactive CEO anytime. 7/20/2009: Files lawsuit against MJ Acquisitions to protect Saleen name. 4/12/2012: Successfully regains control of the Saleen brand name and products that he created and built since 1984. 5/30/2013: Goes public with merger with WSTY 6/5/2013: Ticker change from WSTY to SLNN Now, will this planning turn into something actionable? Time will tell; I'm willing to wait for awhile.
