What happened to the SimplePrepay site?

How is AEGY going to merge or be acquired by a Canadian company with a ASC trading halt?

Of course the merger press release was complete BS and was for pumping only.

It is just wishful thinking and hoping that something positive happens so shareholders losses won't be so dramatic - but it is just tough luck - you didn't believe the real DD - instead you believed the hype from a stinky pinky.
