Company is still in business, company is growing, operating margins are improving. New sites are "maturing", market penetration is improving. Company has become self insured which saves money.

Backward focus vs. forward focus. Are there issues with respect to the debt financing and the IRS? Yes there are. Are there positives that merit discussion? Yes there are.

I guess I am just pretty weary of the negative spin pervading this board. Discussion is not balanced.
