On March 6, 2014, Regen submitted ... as well as additional safety data.

The Company reports, ... clarification on animal safety studies was requested.

On May 9, 2014 the Company updated its IND with changes requested by the FDA and submitted them for review.

What makes you sure they did a better job than in march?
Do you know the result of the review?

Me not. So it's also possible they got a bunch of new questions concerning safety studies. And therefore further delays instead of approval.

But because he is David Koos he will not publish such things in a timely fashion manner.
