My theory on west coast capital was to prevent control of the board going to AMMCAN. Because they would have technically owned more shares then the Supreme management insiders.
Supreme insiders own over 30% of the o/s. Rollback is something that is necessary step they don't want to finance at these current levels in the .07s-.08s causing more pressure on the market artificially. It was hard enough to sell out of the .05 warrants in a timely fashion. If they diluted pre r/s it would be another 21million shares added. VS post r/s of .35 hypothetically at 4.2million shares. We would get bid whacked all over again. That's what I'm thinking was brought up with the meeting with sutton and parry. Supreme will score a touchdown with MMPR rollback is like taking a 15 yard penalty. It's all good just look at perspective. jmho
