I would rather pay a CEO 2 million a year and

get results and stop treating the business as a hobby for 15 long years.....than what we have now which is a bunch of people being not accountable for their actions with shareholder value...imhop

they may be working for free, but believe me it is off our money and there is NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH!
