not a tax lawyer but when you hire a temp that person is the employee of the temp staffing company and so it is only LTNC that is liable for payroll taxes.

As for payroll taxes currently due, the Company is obligated to be current as a condition of its arrangement with the IRS on the past due. Dilution? We'll know in a couple of weeks, but if history is a guide not much.

Good time to sell? I buy and sell any stock depending on the market and the news, and not on what is posted on message boards, though the boards can be useful for sentiment and gossip - - so long as you know how to recognize the motivations of the posters.
