Let's be careful here.

USEI does not own these stores. USEI has entered in a partnership agreement which will enable them to sell their products in these stores.

However, USEI cannot sell any of their edibles as they lack the required State permits and licenses. Thus, they will only be selling vape pens.

So, what is the excitement about?
