My concern and confusion comes from the name Daniel Colon.

Is this possibly the same Daniel or Danny Colon that has been banned by the SEC from having any role or ownership in any penny stock? Discussed at length on several other iHub boards and readily available in SEC decisions and pubs. He's also from New Jersey.

Has anyone seen the actual lawsuit filed by Risko?

Much more serious to the situation and company: is it remotely possible that Daniel Schall and Colon are actually the same person? Has anyone met either of these penny promoters? Would have some pretty serious implications for LEI if Battis knowingly hired a convicted and banned penny pumper.
