Looks to me like not much to this Law Suit though I do believe he was mis-led.


(NO DOUBT) The suit further claims that since 2013 Robert Battis has been misrepresenting and omitting facts about the company.

(EXPECTING IS JUST THAT not definite) The complaint says Battis allegedly told Risko that LE was expecting an investment of between $8 million and $10 million to fuel growth

(Again EXPECTING) Battis told him LE was expecting significant orders from Saudi Arabia.

(Has been verified he did) and had a deal pending with CACI International
